Review content:
Well, I went to the one in Rochester 1st and had a horrible experience. Tried the one in Syracuse while I was there visiting friends and found it no better. I'm very patient when it comes to retail stores as I know how tough it can be. But there was little if any attempts made to show us the basics of common courtesy. Again, the quality of the gowns was seriously lacking. Service was better (1 person there was professional, compared to 0 in Rochester). But 1 person 'does not a sale make'. Selection was no better. I don't know why I thought it could be any better. In fact, I saw so many of the same gowns in both places, that I'm now completely convinced that there are countless brides on any weekend in NY state (maybe even in the country) that look identical to each other in every way. Not what I want for my wedding. I'm obviously turned off by David's now that I've been to 2 of them, but since I'm usually not to hard to please, I'm betting others will be equally disappointed as well. I'll take my chances (and business) elsewhere.
Pros: Another large parking lot...but nothing else.
