Review content:
I've been going to Body Tonic for about seven years--and have never failed to have a great work out. The instructors are wonderful, and also different from each other so that you can have a variety of experiences, depending on what you are looking for. I have done everything from classes to workshops to private and semi-private training. Every person I have worked with has made sure that I worked at the right pace for me and that I was challenged at the same time. The owner, Jennifer Deluca, is hands on and very involved in the business, and available for questions. The folks at Body Tonic have seen me through through two births--and both times I was working out nearly right up to the end. One of my favorite things about it is that while everyone takes Pilates seriously, there is room for a relaxed atmosphere. It is as great a place for beginners as it is for Pilates fanatics. I always leave feeling amazing and fortified to face life's challenges!
