Businiess name:  Bodytonic Pilates Gymnasium

Review content:
I have been going to Body Tonic for over a year. The instructors are wonderful, as is the owner, Jennifer. She truly cares about her clients and makes an effort to get to know all of them. The gym offers a wide range of classes at various times of day, such as Mat, Mat/Springs, and Ball. They also have private sessions on the equipment, which really lets you experience exercises not done in classes and allows the teachers to cater to your specific needs. Body Tonic very much focuses on classical pilates work and the teachers use an excellent combination of breathing, stretching, and active exercises. I recently tried out another pilates studio in the area, looking for a change in my pilates routine. Although the experience was interesting and I found a teacher I liked, the classes and professionalism of Body Tonic could not be matched. I quickly returned to Body Tonic, my true pilates home! Pros: excellent instructors, wide range of classes, affordable pricing, variety of services Cons: mat classes can be big
