Review content:
When I first took my car to Autoshine it was on the recommendation of my mechanic. The first time they did a very good job. I thought the price was fair and they did a better job than I would have.\r

The second, and last, time I took my car there it was a disaster. To start off I was promised that my car would be ready when I came by after work. Instead they decided other cars were more important and I ended up having to wait for my car. Unfortunately there were problems when they were done. The biggest was that they had worn right through the paint on the edges of my passenger side door. ( I assume they brought out the orbital waxer in lieu of the hand waxing to get the car out faster). I spoke to the person that detailed my car and he denied doing it. I spoke to their manager and then to the owner George. After arguing with him for a while he told me to ,""Take your f'n car off my f'n lot and bring me a bill and I might f'n pay it.""\r

As you might imagine I do not recommend this place.
Pros: The did a nice job once.
Cons: Standing behind their work and customer service are things they do not understand.
