ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH!! First off getting an Attorney on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE.But to top it all off I have never had anyone disrespect me the way that the receptionist who answers the phone has! She is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. After screaming at me at the top of her lungs, telling me never to call her back only to fax my requests to her, and talking over me to avoid answering my simple non-confrontational questions.....she HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I will NEVER deal with them by choice EVER again. This experience was enought to ruin 2 days in a row!! Then later to find out that I didnt even need to be speaking with them because the case had already been passed off! She couldve very well had an adult conversation with me to inform me of this but that would have been too easy! Someone should contact the Better Business Bureau on these people ASAP!~
