Review content:
Olasov is the most efficient, straightforwardly helpful and professional landlord I've had. Any time I have had a problem with my property (with my dishwasher when I first moved in, for example), he immediately has me schedule a repair appointment. While landlords I've had in the past have been reluctant to fix things, he's fast, efficient, and actually has things fixed right instead of doing a slum-lord patch job.\r

Sarah12334 is exactly right: his secretary is direct, to the point, and a little gruff (I wouldn't say rude, but I'm a northerner). Olasov is direct and to the point. There is no fluff in their conversations--to me, this is a good thing. Oh, and if you call back at 3:00 when his secretary said he would be back and he is not yet back, ask to have him call YOU back (shock!!). He will call you back without fail. Yes, he has a schedule and is not at every client's beck and call at every moment. I take it this is necessarily true of anybody who serves more than one client.\r

If you need your hand held, go elsewhere. If you need an excellent, efficient landlord that gets stuff done and treats you like an adult, you can't do better than Olasov. \r
