I have been working with Tracy for several years now since she used to do alterations for the high end womens store we used to have. Even though we are no longer in business, we still deal with her on a personal level and her service remains the same.. friendly, professional and fast. Her advice is always sound and she always takes a few minutes to just chat.. something that is sorely lacking in this day and age. \r
