We ordered a lot of pizza from this establishment in the past, but NO MORE. A few weeks ago, our pizza was delivered with a crushed box...cold, hardened cheese stuck to the lid and a delivery driver that rudely told us it wasnt his problem and he was busy. My wife called back immediately and ""the manager"" told us that we would be credited a free pizza the next time we ordered and the driver would be talked with upon return to the restaurant. Tonight we called to get our free pizza and were told by ""the manager"" that he was the ONLY manager and he had never talked to us, never delivered a pizza in the condition we stated, and called my wife a liar. I have 3 photos of the pizza and the crushed box with the NY Pizza logo and would post if possible. Anyway, please be cautious that when ordering delivery from NY Pizza as you may encounter very rude delivery drivers, managers that lie to customers, and a company that doen't value their customers. We will never order pizza from them again and plan to tell all our neighbors and friends about the poor treatment from such a reputable triangle restaurant. Shame on NY Pizza. Pros: Pizza is not bad Cons: Delivery drivers, and mangers that lie to customers
