Check out the names of the reviewers and you'll see a pattern (a name followed by 4 numbers), they're posted on a consistent schedule, and they're consistent in the writing style. They all sound too good to be true for a reason - they were all written by the same person, obviously not in the business of creative writing, but in the business of deceit.
Look carefully at your lease, especially the part about leasing fees.
