Destination Real Estate has been handling my rentals since 2001. They have always screened my tenants above my expectations. They verify their place of employment, check their credit and does a housing court check. They treat my building as if it was their own by ensuring that the tenants are aware and follow the rules of my buildings. If there are any ambiguities Destination Real Estate is the first one to clear them up. They even goes a step further by having the tenant agree to show the apartment for re-rental at the end of a lease term while they are occupying the apartment, so I do not miss a day in rent once a tenant decides to leave. I recommend and trust Destination Real Estate completely. They are honest and dependable. Their knowledge and overall understanding of the Real Estate business combined with their no nonsense personality ensures a lasting relationship with those who appreciate having tenants that obey the rules of the building and pay their rent on time. \r
