Paint and body work ok. When it comes to business, this company is shady, sheisty and fraudulent. The cost to get my car fixed was $901. I paid $400 towards that balance which I owed $501. I lost my job and money was tight so I explained to Chad I would make payment to get car out. Chad said he would grant me until end of January but instead, Chad called lien holder on Jan 3, 2013 and told them I abandoned my car. Lien holder picked up the car and paid TOT $1000 to pick up my car. Chad never told lien holder I only owed $501. Lien holder picked up my car on Jan 11, 2013. TRIKIN OUT TRUCKS NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW MY CAR WAS NO LONGER THERE. When we spoke to Chad, he stated he just was busy and forgot to call us. When asked for receipt of payment lien holder paid, Chad lied and stated he didn't have it. Chad stated lien holder paid $501 for my car but we later found out lien holder paid Trikin Out Trucks $1000. Now my car is in possession of pound with a $2500 balance to release hold. They only granting me 3-days to pay of my car is sold at auction. Chad is such a snake in the grass and a bitch-ass liar. \r

Your response is a lie. The manager of the bank informed me that TOT did indeed call to have the car picked up stating we abandoned the car and they paid more than what your stating to release the vehicle. And stating u didn""t know who lien holder was is BS, u searched vin# and all y paper work was in car. we spoke to Chad and told him we would get our car by end of January and would have paid storage fees if they applied. Yea, my car was their longer than usual but that was only because I lost my job and we explained all that to Chad. If he would have just been up front and honest stating he needed the car gone on Jan 11, he should have just said that instead of saying he would give us until end of January. If chad wasn't the man in charge to give until end of January, he should have said that. A phone call would have been courteous to even let me know my car was picked up and as far as the language, i MEANT every word.\r

the type of people!!!! It was my type of people that you took advantage of but it's all good. You win, I lost......you got exactly what you wanted plus more. You received a total of $2900 on a $901 job, if this is how you use people to get your money, it speaks alot about the integrity of the company. U have a blessed day as well
