Review content:
The office staff is so unprofessional. They charged me the wrong amount for a missed appointment. 7 months later they contacted me for the first time and began to harass me about a bill I never knew I had. When I called and questioned them about it, they were very rude. After getting no where with the office staff, I asked to speak to the Dr. I was laughed at and told it was not possible. The doctor was too busy to speak to me. When I insisted I speak to someone else, the staff member hung up on me.
I left the office months prior to this because of other unprofessional things the staff did. They did not answer the phone or call patients back. I heard other patients complaining about it as well, while I waited in the office for my appointment for over an hour.
They lost my file repeatedly and did not have the results of my tests when I would go in.
I was pregnant with my first baby and needed to be able to reach the doctor. I left this office and found someone more reliable.
I would not recommend this office to anyone.
