Simply the best cleaners we have ever used. I am a BIG fan of small and/or family businesses, and will patronize them over concerns like the WalMarts of the world EVERY TIME. But THIS cleaner is superb because their product is very good and their service is THE BEST. I am VERY allergic to most scents, colognes, fragrances, etc. (I even have to instruct the hotels I travel to on business or pleasure to wash the sheets in unscented detergent and supply the room with unscented soap); Adrian's tried EVERYTHING to address my allergies; we determined that it wasn't the laundering, but the plasic bags they protect the clothes in that was scented. No other cleaner even attempted to do so, they just cast nasty glares at us and said there was nothing they could do. So we remove the bags as soon as the clothes get home and throw them away - end of problem. They know who we are, what we want, and the clothes are always ready EXACTLY when they say they will be...no fuss, no muss, no excuses for deadlines not met. The family that operates Adrian's is friendly and fast, and they speak Farsi as well as Armenian and English, which is also nice.\r

The only reason I gave it a 9.5 instead of a 10 is that with a 10, there would be nothing to aspire to improve... :) VERY highly recommended!
