If you want project living at a high price this is your place. This place is as BAD as it gets. the have over close to 40 floors with four elevator the only thing is one 1 be working. their floor are so thin that they kick through the walls to gain access to your apartment they come right out your closet. the plumbing stinks. you have to wait forever to get something repaired. people are constanly throwing things out of the window. Oh, let me not forget you get a couple of dealers w/ every building. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR LOOK ELSE WHERE!! RIVER PARK TOWERS IS THE WORST DEVELOPMENT RY MGT HAS THAT WHY THERE IS ALWAYS AVAILABILITY.
Pros: always availability
Cons: the apartment and the area is the worst
