I'll keep this short and not very sweet... 1) They marked up some parts for my repair by over 300%... not cool. 2)Their labor rate is $110 dollars per hour (proceed to wiping the screen of the coffee you just ejected). 3) Although the staff was friendly and knowledgable, I couldnt get past the fact that I was helping pay for a $5 million dollar mansion-like waiting area staffed by approximately 275 people (I was just having my brake pads replaced for petes sake). Perhaps if they built a really great roller coaster around the property I would have enjoyed it more, or if they offered free oriental massage it would take the sting out of the cost. I love BMWs, but watch how fast places like this sink when the economy catches up with rising costs.... I'll be looking forward to the artistry the 5 assistant counter managers use while assembling my Big Mac at the 15th street McDonalds. How about using some German sensibility and lowering the costs of ownership.... that would sell more cars. How many people do you think would start bitching because there wasnt 8 different variety of biscotti (NOT an exaggeration) available? A true rethink of Daniels philosiphy is in order, IMHO. Until that happens, I'll continue using the private garages who charge more than $30 dollars less per hour. I suppose "speechless" is what it left me, but not in a good way. $700 brake pads tend to do that.
