I have eaten here consistently since moving from Dallas over 18 months ago but recently the service has gotten really bad. I usually eat here for lunch (I work at Dell) and noticed the past couple of visits you seemed to be forgotten about ??. my husband and I went on Friday night the experience was so bad I will never go back! I ordered something new and when they finally brought it, after my husband had finished all his sushi, it wasn't what I expected. I went to the hostess stand to get a menu to make sure I ordered the correct thing, when I got back to the table a lady was there (not the waitress) asking if everything was o.k. I explained what I ordered and how I thought it was different than what they gave me. She said ""this isn't what you ordered let me take it back"". Then she came back to our table, with the sushi (that had been carried back and forth to the table 2 times) and said that she was wrong this was what I ordered, I then told her what I expected it to be. She told me to taste it and I would see that the sauce was spicy; I explained that I had tasted it and I didn't like it. She started to walk off and then turned around when she noticed I wasn't eating eat, picked up the plate and then said ""I will just take it off then"". She comes back and throws the check on the table, while continuing to walk, and said ?I took it off for you.? I was appalled, not once did we ask for it to be removed from the check, sushi corrected, etc... The sad thing is all she had to do was LISTEN to what I was saying to know all I wanted was some spicy mayo. Now they have lost our business and I will relive my experience to everyone I work with at Dell. And where did the owner go? He was ALWAYS in there overseeing things.
Pros: lunch is 2 for 1
Cons: bad service, sushi quality has gotten bad too
