I have been going to Jill for all my hair do's for the past 20+ years. I'm really sorry NurseB had such a bad experience, but I suspect there had to be a misunderstanding. I know all the hair dressers at Jillians get booked up several weeks in advance, (I have had to wait up to 3 months at times for an appointment- even after being a customer for so long-but always find it well worth the wait) I find it hard to believe that NurseB scheduled an appointment that same day and I know they can rarely do walk in's unless there is a new beautician on board. It has always been my experience to receive first class service in a clean and invitingly creative salon! Unless you are the one working, you might not realize someone is busy even tho it doesn't look like it. Color and perms can take time under the dryer ect, giving the beautician time to do other things, like mixing and straightening and cleaning up. In fact after moving from the coast over a year and a half back, I still drive 150 miles round trip to have my hair done. No way do I want to change hairdressers. I love my salon, and all the workers who do such a fine job styling the many different people who go there and have the same attitude I do! When you are in Lincoln City, Jillians is one of the best salons there! Just be sure you plan ahead when you give them a call!
