Review content:
While most chain restaurants are average at best, this Carrabba's location is far better than what I had anticipated. While the food is always very tasty and made to your specifications, the customer service is the big draw here. I've become jaded in my expectations at most places, but it is nice to see a staff that really cares about your dining experience.\r \r My husband and I have been here several times, only once having any kind of problem with our meal. That one time, we gently told the waitress what was wrong with my food. Within seconds the manager came out, comp'ed BOTH our meals, gave us both free dessert, and remade my meal for me to take home, throwing in an extra tiramisu. I didn't even make a scene to get that treatment. My husband and I were both bowled over.\r \r The food is always great. I normally get the Pollo Rosa Maria, but the Chicken Bryan is to die for, too. The house salad is a great starter and far better than any other house version you can find elsewhere. I would also suggest the red wine sangria - even if you aren't a red wine fan. I was a skeptic about it at first, but I took a sip of my husband's once and have ordered my own ever since. For dessert, the tiramisu is fabulous - not too sweet, real marscapone and not the vanilla pudding that some places try to fool you with. The atmosphere is nice - very relaxed, dimmed lighting but not so dark that need a flashlight. The music is on, but not something that you need to raise your voice to talk over.\r \r If you like great food, amazing service and the sounds of Sinatra serenading you while you eat, this is place for you. Pros: amazing service, great food, intimate Cons: might be a bit grown-up for kids
