I used to love going to Pump Salon until my recent (horrible) experience. Although it's easy to set an appointment, my last stylist was sooo disrespectful. I don't want to go into detail what I would say about her! She acted like she didn't want to be working, talked sarcastically, pulled my hair like I was mannequin, and most of all, didn't genuinely treat me well. I was nice and kind the entire time, but I finally told one of the employees, who listened, but didn't seem to ""care"". I have always loved Pump Salon, but due to my terrible experience, I won't do business with them again!!! They're going to lose returning customers, like me fast.
