Well,I'm very sorry to have read this review because i am said person ""big fat guy with earring and southern accent"".I guess it really don't matter who wrote this review because I and everyone that has or does work at The Barberama has always maintained customer satisfaction to the utmost importance,This is a business that has been around and doing well since the 1960's,many of generations of Yorkfolk have called this their ""nieghborhood shop"",we are a true family barbershop,therefor this swearing that is talked about in this review is totally false.I don't think all the families who visit us on a regular basis would come in as they do if we were cussing like sailors like this review would have you think.The owner is the original owner ,I have seen this man over the last 3 years that i've been working for him,help,and try to help many people in many ways,I have seen him with his children,and grandchildren,and other peoples children and grandchildren,and I have never seen him to be rude.Now my favorite part...the haircut of this review,every person that sits in my chair for a haircut,gets a high quality haircut,i go above and beyond to give the client what they want,and i do it the very best that i can.I have been cutting for 9 years, the last 3 at Mt. Rose Barberama,and every single head that i ever cut ...whenever i spin you to the mirror if its not to your satisfaction or just right I always ask,and if we must do another snip here or there,I always gladly do.I'm sure if the person who wrote this review had this bad of expierence at our shop,then he did not get charged,because I would not feel like I did my job ,thats how I am.Nonetheless to the person who wrote this review,I apologize that you claim to have had this bad expierence at our shop,and my name is Jeff.
