Horrible company! DO NOT use ACME elevator. They are not helpful at all. If you happen to purchase a home with a stairlift already installed, they will not help you or even sell you a battery when yours runs out. They are rude on the phone and completely not helpful to the senior citizen population. They will however sell you an entire new stair lift for thousands of dollars so you can then get the battery you need.\r
