I see alot of reviews of them 'stealing' your money and info that seems false. Yes price wise its a bit expensive but its good . They worked with my schedule so I can get the most out of it . It's a 6 month contract and whether you do the trial or not there's a 7th month free if you read the contract thats fine you won't have a problem. Also CAP classes are more expensive but that's bc it's training for fighters not your basic class from what I was told . The staff is great they motivate you . Im a female who does the mma program and everyone treats you with respect and if you need help the instructors are great at there jobs.
