The doctor we normally see, Mary E. Leazure, O.D., is very nice. \r
However, the office manager Kim is terrible, and we are leaving them to another vision care provider just because of her. \r
She lied to us several times. She promised to submit insurance claim and never did. She canceled appointment because our son was 9 minute late, although in the past several occasions we waited close to an hour or more, without complaining. \r
She is also very rude, when you point the shortcomings. \r
