I have had nothing but awesome experiences at the Laser Skin Center. From the moment I decided to try Laser Hair removal, the people have been so professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous about trying laser hair removal, but they really have made the experience so great that I've done two different areas and the follow-up treatments. The place has a great feel to it (from their cute waiting room with refreshing lemon water to their great treatment rooms), and they're right on time and really easy to work with and schedule with.
My regularly scheduled appointments have been great (I go to Marlena usually, though the couple of times I went to someone else, they were really nice). I actually had two laser treatments left, but found out I was moving before I could use both of them. While their policy is no refunds or trading, Cindy (the manager), called me personally and really took the time to discuss with me my options and provided me with an option that was perfect for my situation and that I felt was a fair (considering I would have definitely loved to stay to do my two treatments but will have moved before the time of the last).
I feel like the people at the laser skin center really add such a personal touch to their care, which makes their business even more appealing. They're honestly great!
Plus the results have been amazing.
