I've been going to the Laser Skin Center for 4 years 7/31/2014

I've been going to the Laser Skin Center for 4 years now for laser treatment to remove hair on my back. The results have been outstanding after only a few sessions. I have kept coming back for maintenance, first every two months, now every 4 months or so as the treatment has been working so well. The staff is very nice and personable. Great value for the money! I reccomend Marlena. more

The laser skin center has been a really great place. I had the hair from bikini area and armpits lasered and I have seen a great difference in hair reduction. I wish I had done this sooner. Even after a while if hair comes out is much thinner and much easier to deal with not as many bumps or irritation if I shave. It is not very painful, especially in comparison to waxing. The pain is acceptable, it is not bad, but I would recommend taking advil 15-20 minutes before the procedure, it reduces whatever you might feelby half. The staff at the laser skin center is very friendly. I especially like Marlena, she is so amazing. I would highly recommend the laser skin center! more

Great Experience 5/14/2013

My experience at the Laser Skin Center Medical Spa has always been extremely positive. The multiple hair removal treatments (bikini area) have truly worked. (Getting ready for the beach is so much easier now!) Facility is very clean and staff is very professional as well as friendly. Cindy was very helpful in my decision making when I was looking into the treatments. more

Hydrafacials at the laser skin center are the best. I had my first one last december and ever since I've recommended it to two of my friends who also loved it.. Rene is great!!\r \r They use the machine for exfoliation, serum pumping and extraction. When a pore is clogged deeply they do manual extraction. My skin is not agitated afterwards, it's very smooth and radiant.. I obviously stopped getting facials elsewhere. more

I have gone to the Laser Skin Center for the past year. Marlena and Nicole have both helped me through a variety of laser treatments and I have seen great results all around. I normally have very sensitive skin, but I have never had a bad reaction from the lasers used. They are both gentle and effective. The rooms are always clean and my appointments are an extremely pleasant experience. The location is fantastic and there are always promos going on (I've gotten a number of free treatments this way!). I would definitely recommend the Laser Skin Center for hair removal purposes. more

Before I saw the doctors at The Laser Skin Center I had severe facial scarring from acne in my teens and early twenties. It was suggested by Dr. Spiegel to have some facial injections and use synthetic collagen. Then Dr. Krausser used a laser to reduce the scars and enlarged pores on my face. While not perfect, the results have been quite remarkable and I really feel better about myself. Thank you(s) to everyone at The Laser Skin Center more

Best in Boston! 4/14/2012

Laser Skin Center is the best in Boston, hands down! I have tried several medical offices prior to treatment at Laser Skin Center, and I can say without a doubt, Cindy and her staff deliver the best results. Medical offices do a number of different types of treatments. All Laser Skin Center does is laser hair removal, so they are pros and know how to get the best results. The staff is extremely professional, and they have developed techniques to basically eliminate pain. The staff is very cautious about proceeding and they do not take any risks. They are always having great promotions as well. Ingrown hairs can be very painful. Waxing salons are not hygienic and time consuming. I truly would not go anywhere else in Boston. Fancy Chestnut Hill dermatologists can learn a thing or two about laser from Cindy and her team! FInally, don't be discouraged if you have to wait a couple weeks to get in. They are very busy, but that is a good sign, it is worth the wait! more

If you had told me previously that I would be willing to pay to have someone shoot a laser at my lady parts, I would say you have lost your mind. The Laser Skin Center however has made me a believer. The office is spotless, the packages are reasonably priced, and the well-trained staff makes laser hair removal feel less like a pain and more like an effective alternative to waxing and shaving. more

Really great! 4/4/2012

I have had nothing but awesome experiences at the Laser Skin Center. From the moment I decided to try Laser Hair removal, the people have been so professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous about trying laser hair removal, but they really have made the experience so great that I've done two different areas and the follow-up treatments. The place has a great feel to it (from their cute waiting room with refreshing lemon water to their great treatment rooms), and they're right on time and really easy to work with and schedule with. My regularly scheduled appointments have been great (I go to Marlena usually, though the couple of times I went to someone else, they were really nice). I actually had two laser treatments left, but found out I was moving before I could use both of them. While their policy is no refunds or trading, Cindy (the manager), called me personally and really took the time to discuss with me my options and provided me with an option that was perfect for my situation and that I felt was a fair (considering I would have definitely loved to stay to do my two treatments but will have moved before the time of the last). I feel like the people at the laser skin center really add such a personal touch to their care, which makes their business even more appealing. They're honestly great! Plus the results have been amazing. Win Win WIn. more
