Review content:
I rate the optometrist as first rate. Jennifer took extra time to measure and learn about my eyesight and answer my sometimes very technical questions. My very bad experience came on a Friday when my specs were ready. They were not right and I indicated to the optician that my satisfaction with them was a 1 out of ten. He had the audacity to suggest that I was wrong and they were perfect for me simply because they closely fit the Drs prescription. I gave them back and scheduled an appointment for a new exam. I cannot even begin to explain how uncomfortable I felt with reception, who when I asked for a detailed description of my bill look at me as though I was disturbing her slumber. I also cannot express the indignant attitude of the optician that made me very uncomfortable and probably not likely to return. There was no offer to return my money, even though it would take well more than a week for a new appointment, and the question was left whether the money I paid would be applied to the new pair. My assumption from the optician was that it was a sunk cost to me. Be very careful of fleecing. The doc I met was fantastic. One of the opticians was very good. Two were more than bad.
