This shop is one of the best shops around. they really know what they are doing. very professional!! they charged $35 to diagnose the problem and then it was deducted from the total charge. I was told that if I did not agree to the fix for what ever reason, the $35 would go toward the time spent on diagnosing the issue, which I think very fair. their diagnostic was very accurate. I sent my laptop to 3 other shops and even I shipped it back to dell and they didn't know how to fix it... this shop fixed it and recovered all my data as well for an extra $25. they are really great!!!!?
