I brought my laptop in to be repaired a few months ago. Owner fixed laptop with poor quality and I think he may have done it with used parts!!!! It broke within a few weeks again...

I brought my laptop in to be repaired a few months ago. Owner fixed laptop with poor quality and I think he may have done it with used parts!!!! It broke within a few weeks again. On top of that, he is a rude, miserable man who seems not to care about any of his customers or his store's future. Moe is his name. Don't bother, there are so many real stores out there where they offer quality service for cheaper prices. And I find it hilarious that they write their own reviews, see below. Just shows you what kinda people they are. Cons: rude people, extortion more

I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend using their service to any one.? Pros: if they can't fix it, its broke!! more

Great PC repair shop.. simply the BEST!! 12/2/2009

This shop is one of the best shops around. they really know what they are doing. very professional!! they charged $35 to diagnose the problem and then it was deducted from the total charge. I was told that if I did not agree to the fix for what ever reason, the $35 would go toward the time spent on diagnosing the issue, which I think very fair. their diagnostic was very accurate. I sent my laptop to 3 other shops and even I shipped it back to dell and they didn't know how to fix it... this shop fixed it and recovered all my data as well for an extra $25. they are really great!!!!? Pros: Best place to fix your laptops more

Bottom line, they are crooks. Don't waste your time or money, store looks like a pawn shop. Cons: rude workers, dishonest business more
