A brake light appeared on my dash, my husband out of town, I went to Kwik Kar and the mechanic told me that I shouldn't drive my car, I needed to get it fixed right away. I was guaranteed a cheaper price than Mercedes. I got a lame call to say, it's $700 for the repair, then the sob story of it's Christmas so I can get it down to $600, maybe $500 but you might want to think about tipping him because he's saved me so much money. I asked if I needed to get another quote and again guaranteed it was the lowest price in town. Picked the car up and was asked again to give the guy a tip in an uncomfortable way. I left the place in my car and got home and Mercedes was $70 cheaper. Called the manager to report the mechanic and that my repair was more than Mercedes and was told he could do nothing. I reported the whole story to the owner who called once and left a message to say that he would call again and still awaiting.... I would recommend to women never to go to this place, the mechanic's are intimidating, dishonest and creepy. Guys, don't go either, they are rip off artists. I can't see them in business for much longer if this is the way they treat people.
