Review content:
The following review is a review of the review process. The intention of a review is to offer an opinion on a subject that warrants an opinion. An opinion can be objective such as the case with the testing of products, but for the most part the opinion is subjective. Subjectivity is always biased or one sided. There is nothing wrong with that that is why it is called an opinion. Offering your opinion is fine and someone disagreeing with your opinion is fine too. Trying to persuade someone with you opinion is called lobbying. Lobbying is trying to influence someone with your opinion. That is self serving. A self serving opinion is ok, unless that opinion harbors malice. According to Webster?s dictionary the definition of malice is a desire to inflict injury, harm, or suffering on another, either because of a hostile impulse or out of deep-seated meanness. The type of opinions that people rely on are usually for a service or destination. The type of service or destination that fits this description is one that the nature of the business itself is customer service. This means it is completely based on service related activity. Not all business?s base there sole operation on customer service. We get customer service confused with common courtesy every day. Not all businesses offer the same type or level of customer service. The service depends on who the customer is and what relationships exist and what expectations are included in the product or service In order to warrant a review, the subject of the review usually is a person, place, or a thing The review of a place would include any place inviting or offering to accommodate. Good examples of a place would be a restaurant or hotel. Things can also be reviewed. The examples are many, may include movies, books and automobiles. We are a self serving society and we believe that our opinion matters no matter what it is or where it?s coming. In the end the only person that cares about your opinion is yourself!
