I hired Realm Property Management based on a referral. I was used to taking care of my own properties and did not want to give up control , but was really tired of the increasing demands on my time. Finding good responsible tenants is not always easy. Every tenant thinks they are an asset and most are reasonable to work with, but there are those that are very difficult from the start and I had come across a string of really difficult tenants. I lost out on rent and two of my properties were trashed. Over the years the process has taken its toll on me and I decided to let a management company deal with the problems. I wish I had decided to hire a management company a long time ago. I am very glad I hired Realm to manage my properties and I have a very good relationship with this company so far. I think for the most part they make good decisions and have put good paying renters in my houses. I am very happy to recommend Realm to anyone with a rental property that wants a property manager that looks out for the property owner!
