My car was in a car accident and was badly damaged (the insurance company appraised the damaged car as a total loss). I?ve been servicing my car with Naum for the last 8 years, since I?ve bought it as a used car in 2003. So when the car had to be towed from the place of accident I did not have to think twice where to go. Naum let me keep my car in his shop for a week waiting for the insurance appraisal. The repairs took about a week ? exactly as he promised and about $300 less than the initial rough estimate. The car runs the same as before and I am completely satisfied with all the repairs and painting that have been done. I have never had a problem with this shop! As others mentioned it is difficult to find an honest mechanic. I?m lucky because I found one. I know that I can trust Naum ? he honestly tells what parts need to be replaced and which ones can still be left in place for a good period of time. Come and check it out for yourself!
