We went to Zen Toro after the Hyatt concierge told us to check it out. What a disappointment! The place is small, noisy. The service was not carefull - they forgot one of our orders. But mostly, the sushi just wasn't good. We tried basic things, like Salmon, Yellowtail, Sweet shrimp, and even Toro. They all tasted the same! The Toro was chewy. On a wall, we saw a newspaper clip showing the Hyatt and Zen Toro were some kind of business partners. No wonder the concierge recommended it, despite its poor quality sushi...
