Review content:
My mother was recently shopping for a portable building for storage, to be put on her land. She did some shopping around her area, and just was not pleased with the results. I recommended that she visit the Norman Fence Company, as I knew people with previous experience with their company.
I went with her to visit their store, as she had felt that she had been treated unfairly with price quotes at other stores. We went in and explained exactly what she was needing, as far as the building itself, installation, and payment options.
The salesperson was very, very helpful. He went through several options, and was not "pushy" about trying to sell more expensive options. He found something that met my mother's needs exactly. He took time to go through all of the information, including warranties, prices, as well as delivery and installation options. He set up delivery and installation that would work for my mother's schedule. He also called her back after everything was completed, just to make sure that she was happy with their services.
Customer service is definitely a huge advantage that this company has over others. We are very, very pleased with their work, and would definitely recommend their services to others.
