God why, why did you allow this company to exist? I am sitting at the library getting kicked out in the cold with $200 less in my pocket. They promised me a place today....I have nothing left. I used my last money to sign up and they won't even answer their phone. And one of them called me a old hag. An old hag? Why? I am so tired today, and it is freezing out. I just want my money back so I can atleast get a cheap motel. But yet they degrade me. Why? Why do I hear laughter when they are hanging the phone up? Why is their favorite line ""please hold?"" It seems like I'll never win. I think I am going to take a long walk over the Aurora bridge now.... I don't think I am going to make it to the other side. WHY? I just needed a little help. This always happens to me. But no more. I give up. Thats it. It's over for me. I have nothing left...
