I brought my 5 month old to the Little Footsteps Academy in Lakeland after I emailed them and found out they had a spot available in their infant room. When we walked in I could tell the girl showing us around was in a terrible mood. She acted like she didn't want to even be there. Maybe she was having a rough day or something. She took us into the infant room and I saw the two girls arguing over something. All the kids were screaming and crying. And they didn't even stop fighting. One girl finally stomped off and left us there in the room. I had to walk my daughter and I out alone because the director said she couldn't leave the room now due to some ratio she has to keep. There's no chance I would ever leave my daughter here.
