Review content:
This is the worst toyota dealership I ever been so far. Most of them are not helpful at all. The price the offer is way HIGHER than other dealership. Mr. Fernando (the director and finance) and Mr. Greg (sales representative) were the only helpful people in the dealership. I personally think that the Managers, especially MR. MICHAEL SAIZ need to take some leardership class and commmunication skills. How could a manager be so rude and act so unprofessional while dealing with a customer? Remember, you are in the field of business that you have to make a sale. The attitude that he showed us was unacceptable. Nevertheless, the cars that they have used or new weren't so great and not worth for your time.
