I purchased two brand new Toyotas, no money down and used my Toyota as a trade-in. Several hours after my purchase I decided I should return both vehicles for several very good reasons, to many and to detailed to write out in this article. Because I felt I had been treated unjustly, I emailed and called the car sales rep that I did business with to arrange the return of the vehicles; this is where the ?games? began. To make a long story short, I eventually hired a lawyer because the cars sale rep, several other sales rep and to include some of the administrative employees impeded the return of my vehicles within 24 hours window. In accordance with Union City of Toyota billboard advertisement, if you are not happy just return the vehicle in 24 hours, no questions asked. What saved me were the recordings of multiple conversations of the sales and administrative staff talking trash to me on the phone and in person and my video cam recordings and emails, and the Union City Toyota bill board advertisement which I handed over to the lawyer for viewing. No Union City didn?t come recommended to me however, despite their ?not happy advertisement?, I should have read the reviews mostly negative in the internet before I visited them. Lesson learned.
