I was diagnosed with celiac disease(gluten intolerance) a year ago and was devasted that the foods I used to enjoy, would be off limits. Chinese has always been my favorite food. However, soy sauce is made from wheat. When I found out from a support group that I could eat at P.F Changs, I was skeptical. I went there, and told my waiter my problem. I found out that staff member had been educated about celiac disease. They catered to my every need. I can't tell you how much this means to me. I can now go somewhere, and feel like I'm not the odd man out. Thank you P.F Changs. You saved me. I cannot thank you enough
