Arrested for DUI in December after taking a wrong turn and rolling my truck. Trooper asked if I would blow, after I was on a stretcher being wheeled into the Er and I said ""not now"". Mind you I was strapped to a board! Turns out if you don't blow it's automatic cancellation of your license. My blood test showed .6 but I was arrested for DUI and released at the hospital.
Hired Keith at Jim Newton Law four weeks later, after I found out my license had been suspended. At the end I plead to reckless driving and dui charges were dropped. I still have to have the ID on my vehicle for a year and pay for crazy insurance because I refused to blow. Bottom line, if you are asked to blow - just do it! Not blowing is the only way your license can be suspended automatically. I was told that had I blown, this would have been a non issue.
At the end of the process, Keith did a great job and kept me in the loop the whole time. None of this is cheap but their prices were in line with what I had been quoted elsewhere - maybe less. I was quoted one price and it ended up coming in about $750 less which was great.
