I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I sent 2 projectors and a $240 deposit for them to look at the equipment and tell me if they could be reparied. I did not hear from them for weeks. After calling THEM repeatedly I got a call back from the tech, who could not seem to tell me a simple answer: Can it be reparied and if so, when/how much? I finally got an answer 2 weeks ago (this is nearly 3 MONTHS from when I sent them the projectors) and was told yes one can be reparied, for $240, and I'd get a call at the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago. Now today I called again, and nobody would talk to me. Everyone was out, and the receptionist would not tell me who this tech's boss is. Tonight I was left a message that they fixed it like they said last week, but it still doesn't work so they have to start over. WHAT???? I am done. It has cost more in my time dealing with these people who can't seem to do business than it would have to buy a new projector. Or three. Which is what I'm doing. I hope Dawn Electronics will use the deposit to get some communication classes for their techs, if there even IS more than one.
