These guys are the only ones I could find in the ATL area that will work on Epson printers. Deanna is very, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It took them a couple of weeks to find the problem(s) so it took almost a month to get my printer back, but this was partially because they had to send it to Epson for a re-furb because of an electrical problem. The printer works better than ever before. Deanna always showed care in helping me out. It wasn't cheap, but ultimately cheaper than buying a new printer.
Pros: very thorough, persistent in complex problem solving
Cons: took a long time
