Review content:
While cleaning in preparation for Christmas dinner guests, I discovered that sewage was backing up into our laundry room sink and overflowing the washing machine drain. My husband was working the 12-hour emergency shift and not able to come home until midnight. At midnight we evaluated the situation and then with much frustration and anxiety, went to bed. At 6 a.m., we were panic stricken to get this resolved. After looking thru the Yellow Pages for a plumber, we found the company name and phone number from the â??Little Black Bookâ? from Service Magic. Darrell and his partner came within an hour.Darrel and his partner ran the appropriate checks, including their snake and camera out 113 feet. I called the Northshore Utility District. They sent their Ops Director and subsequently a vactor truck and working with Barrel arid partner were able to detect the location of the broken pipe.. .broken by a Verizon contractor when installing cable last summer...It was a quick response to our crisis. Thank you for sending two knowledgeable, diligent, professional pros to our job.
