Gene Johnson Plumbing was recommended to us but we really decided to use them because Dennis, who came out to give us an estimate, was fantastic. He had lots of ideas about how to solve the problem.
We had roots growing in our sewer line and we had an idea of what we needed, but Dennis really thought outside the box. He came up with some other options and was very enthusiastic and focused on the problem. We had gotten other bids but had trouble getting those companies to call us back.
Dennis also was very responsive throughout the entire project, even after hours. Everything turned out great. They really worked hard to keep to the schedule even though we had to stop and reassess things during the job. The project kept moving and Gene Johnson worked hard to get it done for us.
Overall, we had a good experience with Gene Johnson and would use them again.
