I was most impressed with everyone I dealt with,Kristen was friendly and most helpful in answering all my questions when we were just looking into this and then getting our pre-approval for the rebate. From the first time I met with Dennis to give us a bid to the last time when he went over the instruction manual,to answering more of my questions he was great. They lined up the electrician who came to give me his bid and did the job along side the guys who installed the heat pump. All were friendly and respectful of our home and garden area.They were on time and finished the job in the time frame they stated when giving me the bid. I would most definately reccomend them to anyone looking to install a heat pump!
