Review content:
Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating was very expensive in my opinion. They had to come back again afterwards to fix a leak that occurred after they left. At one point, I questioned if they were going to replace a specific part and one employee said yes, while another just put it back together, which ended up causing the leak afterwards. They were only here for an hour but charged the same price regardless of whether they were here for 30 minutes or 4 hours, which I don't believe in. I felt like they worked for an hour and took off with the money for the rest of the time.
