I reached out to Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating because they had merged with the previous company who had installed my furnace originally. So I didn't really shop around to compare prices with other companies, but they seem reasonable. They were very nice, and returned my call right away. They were able to schedule someone to come out quickly to diagnose the issue. My furnace was broken, so they gave me two quotes, one for fixing it and the other for a new furnace. I appreciated the different quotes. I ended up buying a new furnace and they gave me a discount on the service agreement, everything was very affordable. The contract offers me piece of mind that the furnace will continue to work for me. They came out and were in and out in one day. They set up my thermostat, which saved me some time. They even put some doors back on for me where the furnace is, which was very nice. Everything they did was wonderful. Everybody I came in contact with was very polite, courteous and professional.
