I agree with Rloulu review because the same thing happened to my daughter. The guy collected 2 application fees totaling $60 (applicant/ cosigner) She was told she was the first to apply... and a month or more later... still no answer. They were way more then qualified to rent the place. When she would call the office the guy was unreasonably rude. It seems like he rakes in as many ($30 a pop) application fees as possible and never bothers to check the references,, leaving the rentals empty for one to two months. This sucks if your trying to rent a place... and it really sucks if you hire him to manage your rental because he leaves the place empty $0 rent while he lines his pockets on bogus application fees!
