The so called ""Balloon Man"" Chuck Vaughn in Jax Fla is a crook, BEWARE he will take your money, show and will never get the balloon off the ground, and he will say he hurt himself on your property and sue you and will get a huge settlement at your expense and will continue doing business as usual, looking to see who he can prey on next. The insurance coverage he says he has is not worth the paper it is written on, because he will in turn sue you for what ever he can get. I would NEVER recommend this guy for anything, what he really needs to get a real job and quite trying to be a balloon goon, and stop taking advantage of good people who hire him for a service and then they get ripped off.
