I had Horner Flooring and Window Coverings do two rehab houses for me. Ken did carpet and vinyl, and it was perfect. They set the schedule, came and got it done, and then I checked it out afterwards. It was great. The properties sold. He has the best prices, and Ken personally oversees all the jobs.
